Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our online shop and add any bouquets or gifts to your shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, click “Checkout” and you will be asked for the details required to complete your order.
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal. Orders may also be placed and paid for over the phone.
If you are shopping from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.
When confirmation of an order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. A contract between us is formed only when payment has been successfully processed.
In the unlikely event of pricing errors, under-priced goods or unavailable products, we reserve the right to contact you before processing the order to confirm any changes.
No timed deliveries except for funeral tributes and weddings.
Please telephone for emergency orders.
If you require specific flowers, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Orders are delivered once. If the recipient is not at home, flowers or plants will be returned to the shop and a delivery note left.
Where possible, we may leave items with a neighbour who is willing to accept responsibility.
The Flower Bowl International is not responsible for theft or damage if items are left at the delivery address.
All orders are inclusive of 20% VAT.
When orders are placed via our website, credit card details are encrypted using 256-bit encryption and are not held in clear text.
We guarantee your complete satisfaction and take pride in the freshness and quality of our flowers.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Orders cancelled online or by telephone may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds may be given at the discretion of management. Due to the perishable nature of our products, any complaints must be made within 1 working day of delivery.
We will always aim to resolve matters fairly, either by offering a replacement or a refund depending on the nature of the issue.
